  • Recognize: Be aware of the signs of bullying. This includes recognizing that bullying is happening and understanding the warning signs in yourself or others.

  • Report: Tell a trusted adult about what you have seen or experienced. This is crucial to ensure bullying is stopped and the person being bullied receives support.
