Only things that are about your food. Do not share personal information

When nobody else is in front of you

You should be talking at a normal speaking volume only to the people at your table
Who should be placing the order?
The person closest to the speaker (the driver)
Should you interrupt your server if they are talking to someone else?
No. wait for them to be done and try to get their attention
Should you know what you want to order by the time it is your turn?
When you are paying for your food, should you leave a tip?
Yes. You should tip your server because they were helping you
What do you do in the drive thru when the food is taking too long?
Pull off to the side out of the line so other people can order. They will bring it to you
How should you be talking to the server?
Clearly and loud enough that they can hear you
Can you order something that's not on the menu?
When you finish eating at a fast food place, do you let the staff clean up your garbage?
No, you throw your garbage out yourself.
When you're in the drive thru, should you be listening to music as you put your order in?
No. The server might have trouble hearing you over the music
Wait until they serve you your food. If it is really late you can politely ask just in case they have forgotten.
If they give you a number when you order what do you do?
Listen for them to call out that number. That means your order is ready
When you are done eating what should you be doing?
Can you add food items when you go to the pickup window?
No, they have already processed your order. You'd have to get back in line to order more
If the server gets your order wrong what do you do?
Tell them politely that you ordered something else and ask them to fix it. Don't get angry and yell
What should you always make sure you have before getting in line to order food?
You should make sure you have enough money
If you're the only one who wants dessert, is it a good idea to order it?
No. If nobody else wants dessert you'll be making everyone wait for you
Where should you be checking to see that everything you ordered is in your bag? Should you stay in line to look?
No. exit the line and check your food. If they got something wrong you should go inside to fix it.
